Shipping Info

Dispatch & Delivery

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) using standard 2nd Class Royal Mail for flat mail items and Tracked48 for large letter items.
    • Standard delivery is UNTRACKED. Shipping time is dependent on Royal Mail but generally ranges between 2-3 working days. During busy periods such as end of November to beginning of January, shipping time may be delayed/longer. I am not responsible if an order is lost in transit and it is not eligible to be replaced or refunded.
  • Tracked48 (2 working day aim, not inc Sundays)
    • If you would like your item sooner or would like more assurances, please upgrade to Tracked48 shipping at checkout.

Order Status

  • You will receive an email notification, informing you of when your order has been dispatched. If you have selected Tracked48 shipping, this email will also include a tracking number. The tracking number will only be updated once it has been scanned into the Royal Mail system. 
  • If you haven't received your order within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us using the contact form or at ashandbooksmakes@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Ordering/Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

Q. Can I return/exchange my order? 

  • Please fill out the contact form or email ashandbooksmakes@gmail.com to start a return/exchange. If your order has already been dispatched, you have 14 days within receiving your order to contact us about returning or exchanging item(s). If you are returning an item, it must be in the same condition that you received it and unused, in its original packaging. 

Any returns or exchange postage costs must be paid for by the customer and will not be reimbursed, proof of return must be provided. 

Sale/discounted items are not eligible.

For a return and refund, you will be notified once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if it has been approved or not. If it's been approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment within 7-10 business days.

Q. I put the wrong address at checkout. Help!

  • Provided your order hasn't been dispatched, contact us ASAP. Please send an email to ashandbooksmakes@gmail.com with your order number and the correct mailing address.
